Stay in Schwabing if you want to walk back from the Allianz Arena, and in Altstadt & Marienplatz if you want more hotel choice for a short ride in. With 3 stadium nights in July 2027, rooms near the venue sell out first and prices peak in the final fortnight.

How to book a room for an Oasis night in Munich
- Pick your date first. The dates table on our tour dates page shows the weekday for every Munich show, and weekday decides both price and availability.
- Book a refundable rate the day the dates are announced. You can cancel if you miss the ticket sale.
- Check the route back from Allianz Arena to your area before you pay. Take the U6 underground line north to Fröttmaning, about 16 minutes from Marienplatz, then walk around 15 minutes up the esplanade to the Allianz Arena. Driving is possible but the stadium car park must be booked and traffic on the A9 is heavy.
- Re-check prices in show week. Cancellations land late and are often cheaper than what you booked.

How much do Munich hotels cost on an Oasis night?
Nobody can quote a reliable figure this far out, and anyone who does is guessing. What is predictable is the pattern: rates climb once a date is announced, peak in the last two weeks, and dip briefly when cancellations land in show week.
Should I book before or after I have tickets?
Book a refundable room as soon as the dates are announced, then cancel if you miss out on tickets. Refundable rates cost a little more and remove the risk of paying peak prices later.
Is it cheaper to stay outside Munich?
Usually yes, and Hauptbahnhof is the realistic version of that trade. The catch is the journey back after the encore, so check the last departure before you book anything outside the city.
